This hands-on, customized coaching program offers 1-on-1 guidance and support for team leaders within your organization. Mindful leadership coaching utilizes the latest behavioral and neuroscience research to train leaders to make impactful decisions and connections in key leadership moments. Examples of leadership moments include: feedback and performance review sessions, authentically connecting with team members in vulnerability and empathy, self- and team advocacy, effective upstream communication, etc.

Leveraging our signature 3-step method—Acknowledgement, Awareness, and Action—we empower leaders to walk the walk, inspiring and elevating their teams through compassion and conversation. We work with individuals to develop their personal leadership visions and address any obstacles, while equipping them with the tools to effectively navigate challenging leadership moments.
